This project was a continuation of the investment property analyzer tool I developed for the client. Amount of Rental income is critical in analyzing any income property, but the problem is that a great number of MLS listings don't provide this information either because the property is not rented or simply because the listing broker did not upload this data.
In these cases the only way to analyze an income property is to project a potential income using an average rent for the units in the building. I developed a system that feeds the average rents based on unit type and geographic area to inform the analyzing tool a potential cash flow and ultimately arriving a potential ROI.
